    • $500 for 2 hours

  • Yes.

    For 2-hour rentals, a $2-per-mile travel fee applies.

    Travel fees are waived for 4- and 8-hour experiences.

  • The basic rental includes our custom-built mobile arcade with four movement-activated basketball hoops, LED scoreboards, premium lighting, and full sound.

  • Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

  • Our cancellation policy will be detailed in your booking confirmation. Generally, cancellations made within a certain period prior to the event may incur a surrender of your deposit.

  • Yes, our mobile arcade can be set up both indoors and outdoors, provided there is enough space and access for the trailer.

  • The space required will depend on the venue layout. We recommend an area that can comfortably accommodate the trailer and allow for safe gameplay. The trailer is 10’ tall, 8.5’ wide and 18’ long.

  • We typically arrive to your event ~20 minutes early to get set up. Our staff will go over the games and the trailer with you and answer any questions you may have. Then we leave the event and come back at the end of your booking. The games and trailer don’t require any supervision so we are confident everything will be just fine.

  • 4 hours is our minimum. Additional hours can be added for $100 per hour. It's best to arrange this in advance, but we may be able to accommodate last-minute extensions depending on availability.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment methods. We will also accept cash or a check. Specific details will be provided during the booking process.

  • Our arcade games are suitable for all ages, but we recommend adult supervision for younger children to ensure safety. We found 6 years and up is the sweet spot.

  • Hoop will be there rain or shine! If it does rain, the big doors where your guests play are shielded from getting wet! If you would like to reschedule though we can look at our calendar and work with you to find a date that works.

  • Absolutely! Hoop Trailer is perfect for corporate events, team-building activities, company picnics, and more.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time, especially during peak seasons.
