Yes. All Hoop NY bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your date and time.

The deposit secures your spot on our calendar and is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be collected no later than 7 days prior to your event date. Payment details and timing will be provided in your booking confirmation.

Yes, our mobile arcade can be set up both indoors and outdoors, provided there is enough space and access for the trailer.

The space required will depend on the venue layout. We recommend an area that can comfortably accommodate the trailer and allow for safe gameplay. The trailer is 10’ tall, 8.5’ wide and 18’ long.

Yes. Every Hoop New York booking includes an on-site Arcade Specialist for the full duration of your event. We arrive early to handle setup, get everything running smoothly, and stay on site to manage gameplay, assist guests, and keep the experience flowing so you can relax and enjoy the event.

4 hours is our minimum. Additional hours can be added for $100 per hour. It's best to arrange this in advance, but we may be able to accommodate last-minute extensions depending on availability.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment methods. We will also accept cash or a check. Specific details will be provided during the booking process.

Our arcade games are suitable for all ages, but we recommend adult supervision for younger children to ensure safety. We found 6 years and up is the sweet spot.

Hoop will be there rain or shine! If it does rain, the big doors where your guests play are shielded from getting wet!
